To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cantaloup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, present security risk, or where legally required.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, and any surviving legal obligations remain in effect.
